Parameters of design include, standalone packet monitoring tool, Call handlers, Push Announcements Features & Media Processers, GUI for streaming content with DRM modules (OMA DRM) for content security, etc.
Design and Implementation of a New Compression Algorithm for Video/Images/Audio(H.264 Video & MPEG-2 for Test) for application in streaming content over IP, HD video conferencing & Telepresence. (Dyanamac ® Compression Algorithm, Dr. Chance M Glenn Sr.)
To Design and Implement a Rate Control scheme for H.264 Video for real time encoding of video communications with constraints such as low bandwidth, computational complexity, delay, latency and/or losses.
Simulate a compression-encoder based video conferencing environment(H.264-V / G.711-A) over a Telecom Based IP Network. Simulation Test Parameters include dual stream, dual encode handling, design of multi point control unit et al.

Design Elements: Convolutional Encoder/Decoder (RS Enc/Dec),QAM/QPSK Modulation/Demodulation Schemes, A Band Limited AWGN Channel with Noise Tuning System, Matched Filter etc.(Design Bench : H.264(Hi422p, Hi444p) & VC-1 Video Compression standards)
Feature detection and Extraction of objects in a given set of images using image segmentation. (Used Sobel operator for edge detection and in-built MATLAB commands with designed threshold value for feature extraction).
Design and Implementation of an OFDM channel using 4-QAM modulation/Demodulation technique, convolution Encoder/Decoder for Error Correction/Detection, Amplifier etc. parameters for successful transmission of content considering constraints such as loss, low BW, latency etc. (Noise Externally added post-Transmission)
Feature Extraction and Analysis of Performance Surface (MSE, Newton’s Method) of a given set of Audio samples.(MATLAB/C). Comparison of Theoretical and Practical Calculation of MSE’s for the given Audio Sample
